Raised in Schulenburg, employed by the IRS, qualified in Texas Law and a Certified Public Accountant, Harlan Guetterman knows your state, understands your business and has spent more than 35 years navigating the intricacies of the IRS, legal and financial arenas.

Personal and Education

Harlan Guettermann grew up in Schulenburg, Texas and graduated from High School in 1963. He has been married since 1970 and has three children.

Harlan received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Sam Houston State University in 1967 (Business Major, Math Minor). He served in the U.S. Army from December 1967 to November 1969.

Harlan attended South Texas College of Law while employed at the IRS from January 1972 through August 1975 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree. Subsequent to law school Harlan secured additional credits for accounting and passed his CPA exam in 1978.
